»  Weaving Unit 10-06-2006

Looms shed has machines generating fabrics, this is the major and final process of fabric
materials. We have 232 Looms running in our Mills. The Machines has been manufactured by a German company named "DORNIER" with CAM motion 1661,761 and DOBBY 2861 also with Jacquard LX-1600, LX-3200, LX-3201.
Our current production is 26,000 meters per day. [ snap shots ]

We have 2 Switzerland made sizing Machines introduced by "BENNINGER-ZELL" with the maximum creel capacity 32 and 2400 ML working width.. [ snap shots ]
» Warping Unit   10-06-2006
Warping is the first step of weaving, yarn has warped and process through warping machines. Orient Textile Mills Limited have 3 Warping machines installed and running in absolute condition, Warping machine are the products of "BENNINGER-BEN DIRECT", a Switzerland made machine with maximum Creel Capacity 1152.  [ snap shots ]

POWER HOUSE

We have 8 generators installed in our Mill rated 975 KW of each,
 Model # G3516-A , three more Generators are about to install in future as we are upgrading the power generation system

COMPRESSOR ROOM

Ten extravagant compressors are doing great job in compressing AIR system for the production, the capacity of each Compressor is 25 KW with the flow of 44 M³/min, at the pressure of 8 bars. Three Compressors will be installed soon.

BOILER ROOM

There are Seven Heat Recovery Boilers installed in the Mills, each capacity contains 950 KG/Hr around three boilers will installed shortly

CHILLER ROOM

USA made four LG Absorption Chiller machines are installed, the capacity of each chiller is 185 T.R, in future we will install 2 more chillers as the growth of our Mills.   [ snap shots ]
