Loom Data System, the online efficiency software which monitors the Looms running in the shed, we can check the efficiency of each loom with complete detail by sitting at any Workstation around the Mill. Another software named Supply Chain Management is a resource of products, the SCM monitors the material planning which has been introduced in "Orient Textile Mills" for the first time in the textile Industry By INZ Technological Services. Orient Textile Mills is specialized in high density quality system, capable to handle counts professionally. We have manufactured fabrics from single pick insertion of eight picks TC-600.TC-800 and TC-1000. The main purpose of Quality method is to define system methods and responsibilities to perform, measuring and monitoring at these three stages:

» Production Planning  10-06-2006
Production planning department always keeping in view the Loom sheds capabilities and decides to produce fabric. Yarn demand is also prepared simultaneously according to NPP and 10% added to the original order as sizing take 10% more to cover up the rejections. Production planning aims is that every loom should be given at least 45 days run before taking more then 18 articles per week (including shifting of article) or 3 articles per day .

Information Technology Department Of Orient Textile Mills manages the whole IT related work throughout the mill.  Our IT department has launched Online Efficiency System with 24/7 Efficiency SMS service.
