TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

»  Jacquard Unit 10-06-2006

We have 40 machines running in jacquard unit. The harness of jacquard is fixed we have three types of harness i.e: 80.102 and 200. Looms / jacquard versions is the name given to looms according to the repeat size on it. One hook can have minimum of one cord and maximum of seven cords. » FIQC Unit  10-06-2006
All inspection of fabric rolls are done in FIQC Department, this department allows the acceptations and rejections to maintain the fabric quality grading. (According to standards).  We cleard 2500 Mtrs T.C, 2000 Mtrs T.C 600, 1500 Mtrs T.C 600. In every eight hours +/- 3%. There are nine frames presenty working in the department, After inspection in FIQC the fabric is graded, identified and stored in the fabric go down by Logistic Dept. [ snap shots ]
» Sample ROOM   10-06-2006
Sample room plays and important role in the Mill. It takes one meter from every sample and kept in the sample room for the sampling, further refrences and maintenance done by Designing Dept. Every sample is identified by writing on the hangar tag. Responsibility of maintaining samples is handed to Designing Dept  .  [ snap shots ]

The Logistic Department is performing the main role in the Mill. The objective of this department is to maintain the yarn and fabric stocks. This Department Implements on the following stages [ snap shots ]
